Bottle Drives with Callingwood Bottle Depot

Organize a Bottle Drive with Us

Whether looking to raise money for your school, group or sports team, Callingwood Bottle Depot is here to help! We greatly care about our community, so we offer the opportunity to plan Bottle Drives in West Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Bottle Drives are great for all ages. They’re quick to clean up, raise some money, and, best of all, work as a team. They help kids organize their team, follow a team leader, and value undertaking responsibilities.

Step 2: Advertise

Consider using all social media platforms to inform residents of the date and time of your Bottle Drive. You can also download some door hangers to place in your community and to increase your audience.

Step 3: Collect

Before starting your Bottle Drive collection, ensure you and your volunteers are prepared. The best way to do this is by figuring out how many volunteers and vehicles your group will have to help you collect for the Bottle Drive. Depending on the number of volunteers, you can leave one or two people at a drop-off site and divide the other volunteers as best as possible. Make sure you pre-plan your routes and have a map for them! And do not forget to give each vehicle involved its own particular route.

Step 4: Refund

Once your Bottle Drive is complete, please call us for offsite pickup, and we will pick up the utility trailer.

Our experienced, friendly staff members will count and sort all your collected containers using state-of-the-art software and automatic counting technology.

Please note that we will email your Bottle Drive totals within a few days after we go through our counting process. A detailed receipt will be attached.
